"It Must Be Him" was released in 1967 and hit #3 on the U.S. charts and #2 in the UK for Vikki Carr. "It Must Be Him" was nominated for 3 Grammy Awards that year. Also during 1967 Vikki Carr played a Royal Command Performance for Queen Elizabeth II.

During the following year, 1968, Vikki Carr was the Outstanding Performer of the Year, Los Angeles, and she played sellout concerts in 7 foreign countries.

"It Must Be Him" was featured in the Academy Award winning 1987 movie, "Moonstruck."

Vikki Carr’s native language is Spanish, and she has recorded numerous albums in Spanish. She was born Florencia Bisenta De Casillas Martinez Cardona in El Paso, Texas.
