• The first thing you may want to do at Matchmaker is to do a quick search and view the profiles of many interesting members. Next, you will want to start a free trial membership and create your profile. There are more than 60 thoughtful questions to answer and more than 20 essay type questions, so expect to spend 15 minutes or more creating your initial profile. You can go back and edit it if you want to spend more time later on the essay questions. Features

• Profile. Your profile is very detailed. Pay attention to giving thoughtful answers to the open ended questions because these questions give others great insights into your mind, heart, and soul.

• Photos. You can upload up to 10 photos.

• Communities. You can choose from among more than 100 communities. Choices include Cities, Countries, Ethnic, Lifestyle, Age, Religious, Special Interest, and Sexual Orientation.

• Searches. Some choices are Advanced, Matchmarker, 1-Click, and Member Name. The Advanced search gives you a list of more than 100 criteria to consider.

• Who’s On. You can check your community or any other community to see who is online now.

• Matchmarker. This is a set of about 10 different search criteria. Matches to those criteria can be seen easily by a Matchmarker icon.

• Hot List. This is a list of your favorites, people that you have your eye on.

• Block List. You may block emails from people with whom you don’t want contact.

• Invisible. Make your profile invisible and it will not be seen by anyone.

• Notes. Add a personal note or reminder to a profile that you viewed.

• Matchmeter. This is based on a 4 star system. It is a guide only, an indication about how closely you match another member.

• Instant Message. Send an instant message and engage someone in some fun, flirtatious conversation.

• Email. Write often because you can do so securely and anonymously. The more you write the better are your chances of creating a great relationship. You may also view archives of past emails.

• Satisfaction Guarantee. You will receive your money back “if not fully satisfied within 4 weeks.”
