• Your free membership will allow you to create a profile with a photo and to go on virtual HurryDates online. In case you are unsure about speed dating you may watch a good video about the process. You may also look at all the media coverage about HurryDate, ranging from PBS, MTV, TLC, and all the major TV networks to innumerable newspaper and magazine articles. After creating your profile and searching through the membership you’ll want to start communicating with other members. Perhaps you’ll want to send a virtual "drink" to someone who has caught your attention. Did you know that HurryDate has conducted more than 1.6 million dates so far?

• When you upgrade your membership you will be able to take advantage of all of their features. You’ll receive discounts and free passes to the many live events located throughout the nation. There is bound to be one near you. After the event you can make notes online about the members that you met. When you become a frequent dater you’ll get a free event. • Event fees for members are about $26, about $35 for non-members.

Features

• Profile. There are about 35 questions, plus 2 sections where you respond in your own words. This is a comfortable, yet complete, length for a profile.

• Search. Find someone based upon what you are looking for.

• FAQ. This page will answer all of your questions.

• Drinks. Send a virtual drink to a member who interests you. Maybe they will return one to you.

• Setups. This is a new matching system. Based upon your preferences and results from face to face meetings, Setups will recommend new singles for you from HurryDate parties that you cannot attend. Setups expands the introduction process and works like a friend who knows you and "sets you up."

• Favorites. Save the profiles of those who interest you the most.

• Parties. There are hundreds of parties each month in over 70 locations. Do you travel? Go to a HurryDate event in one or more of the cities that you travel to.

• Party Matches. Enter the scores of the members you met at a party. It will help you to remember them better and help you to manage the large numbers of wonderful singles that you will meet.

• Date Alert. This feature will email you about events upcoming in you area.

• Frequent Dater. Attend 3 events and get one free.

• Virtual HurryDate. These are weekly events held online. In case you can’t attend a live event.

• Gift Certificates. Send one to a friend. Perhaps they have never heard of speed dating.

HurryDate speed dating parties are held at fun, cool bars and lounges in each of our cities. Each party is organized so you’ll meet oodles of people on a string of real live mini-dates. When you check-in, you’ll get a SCOREcard and an ID number that HurryDaters will use to identify you with throughout the night to indicate if they would like to see you again. Your HurryDate host will seat you at one of many tables-for-two and explain how everything works. You’ll talk to the person across from you until your host blows the whistle to indicate your date is over (no matter how cute they are!)
